Connor is a former Michigan State University football student-athlete, where he was part of two Big Ten Championship teams and a Rose Bowl victory. Connor joined Famiglia Wealth in 2026. He and his wife, Brittany, live in Clarkston, Michigan, with their three young daughters.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys tackling home improvement projects, gardening, playing golf, and, when time allows, making trips to the family cottage on Lake Superior.
